I sincerely did not see this till like years from now. I had just simply always thought of the cookbook. But my mentor, Dale Marshall saw what I had been doing and considered me crazy for hiding it for this long. Can I just say how excited and stressed I was at the same time? It was one of those “oh my gwad, my life is about to change” moments. I took in every minute of it. The good, the challenging and the “oh my gwad” of it all.

Quinoa? What?
Hello Foodies. Allow me to introduce you to Quinoa sp- kiːnwɑː I just discovered this oh! so fabulous grain last summer, and now I am hooked. I LOVE rice but, for my non- rice loving people, I will highly recommend Quinoa as a substitute.
I discovered Quinoa at a dinner party. I was beyond excited to go home and go try my own version. I found my way to the store the very next morning, and I HAD to make it for lunch it was so fluffy and yummy.
Quinoa has a light, fluffy texture when cooked, and its mild, slightly nutty flavor makes it an alternative to white rice or couscous.- WP

Food Photo Junkie
Oh my I am starting to take a picture of just about every meal in sight. Somewhat exhausting, because I keep thinking “I am so not a photographer. I have no clue what I am doing”. I am pretty critical of my own work, so chances are if I like it, it’s gonna work for most foodies.
Some of these recipes you would have to wait until the cookbook comes out.
