BROIL instead

Happy Mid-week foodies. So let’s talk healthy eating habits. There is something undeniably tasty about fried meat, but can I suggest an alternative? BROILING. I know! :), who would have thought. Instead of frying your chicken and meat, try broiling it in the oven. I testily it’s just like frying even healthier. Been broiling for 5 years now. The chicken here was cooked for 10 minutes then broiled at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Fresh Juice or Boxed?

Good Morning foodies. Happy Monday. Lets talk Orange Juice. So as an AVID Orange juice lover, I am starting to pay attention to the “pasteurization” of what is supposed to be “fresh Squeezed orange juice” in a box. A Grim reality I finally had to admit. FYI, if it is not freshly squeezed, then it’s not ‘freshly squeezed orange juice”. Invest in a juice like this for just $12.99 . The fresher the healthier, the better your skin looks.
