Most unforgettable dessert you’ve had, when and where? Homemade Tiramisu, made by my friend Eleanor Wason Khan when I was
living in Jerusalem…it was silky, elegant!
What is your favorite meal of the day? By far dinner. I prefer to eat late, with a favourite person or persons, accompanied by great (and not necessarily expensive) wine. Seaside and treetop dining my favourite places!
I am most curious about food from? Thailand, which I learned to cook myself. I’d like to
expand my knowledge to IndoChinese food, especially Vietnamese.
Celebrity you would love to have lunch with and why? Eva Longoria – she is passionate about food and I’ve dined in her establishments in Vegas and LA. Adore her passion and philanthropic efforts.
Your perfect Lunch: Som Tam (papaya salad), Thai bbq chicken prepared by ‘Chicken Lady’ in a “soi” in Bangkok’s, Kaosan district (includes 2 incredible sauces), Thai seafood soup, Sticky rice with sweet mango

MY MOST UNFORGETTABLE DESSERT I EVER HAD WAS WHEN I WAS IN DENMARK ( CAN’T REMEMBER THE CITY) THE YEAR WAS 1999 …..WE FOUND A PASTRY SHOP DURING OUR WALK AROUND AND GOT A FEW DIFFERENT ITEMS. WE HAVE NO FOOD ALLERGY’S SO WE JUST GOT WHATEVER.. AMONG THE PASTRIES THERE WAS THIS ONE DANISH THAT WAS GODS GIFT TO EARTH.. IT HAD THIS LEMON FLAVOR CREAM INSIDE AND IT WAS SOMETHING I MIGHT HAVE HAD SOMEWHERE BEFORE BUT NEVER THIS GOOD, SO IF I DID THAT MEMORY WAS TOTALLY FORGOTTEN..

Most unforgettable dessert you’ve had, when and where? Coconut panna cotta with Guava soup, pineapple salsa and coconut sorbet. About 2 years ago by Pastry chef Antonio Bachour at the W hotel in SOBE.
What is your Fav meal of the day? My favorite meal of the day is a combination of lunch and dinner, which i like to call “Drunch”. But if i have to pick form the Three main meals of the day i guess it would have to be lunch.
I am most curious about food from? France and all of Europe
Celebrity you would love to have lunch with and why? Jim Morrison. I would love to pick his brain and talk poetry, music and madness.
Your perfect Lunch: My perfect lunch is a large platter of fresh ceviche, done Peruvian style with lots of seafood and aji amarillo. A cold beer would be great with that.

Celebrity you would love to have lunch with and why? Anthony Bourdain… he’s like no questions, one of the best foodie chefs out there! and he dresses shitty which i adore lol
Your perfect Lunch: grilled pigs head’s and cheeks sandwich with melted brie and grilled peaches and arugula with meyer olive oil and pesto. mixed berry honey ice tea. my salted caramel filled mud cake! can’t go wrong with this combo! well a chocolate martini won’t hurt, but i don’t drink lol
